Villa Cirsium

Villa Cirsium is our most luxurious villa in the Barat settlement. With its location on the edge of the settlement, it offers a holiday in quiet and peaceful surroundings. It is surrounded with Istrian vineyards and meadows. The view from the villa extends to the Adriatic Sea.

The villa has a total of 3 + 1 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 people. One of the special features of Villa Cirsium is the extra pool room with its own bathroom.

Dogs are allowed on request and for a small fee (because of the extra thorough cleaning).

The villa is furnished with rustic designer furniture. The fully equipped kitchen, dining room for eight people and lounge with fireplace is designed as a uniform functional unit that attracts all residents of the villa to a cozy get-together during the day.

Auf der geräumigen Terrasse laden bequeme Outdoor-Möbel zum Entspannen, Speisen oder Lesen ein. Ein offener Grillkamin macht das Outdoor-Kochen zum Genuss.

Erdgeschoss besteht aus drei Schlafzimmer, zwei Badezimmer und eine Toilette. Eine Schlafzimmer mit private Badezimmer hat Ausgang auf die Terrasse.

Die anderen zwei Schlafzimmer haben ein gemeinsames Bad mit Dusche. Eine von diesen Zimmern hat Ausgang auf die überdachte Terrasse und bietet den Blick auf das Pool, den Hof und die Adriatisches Meer. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat den Ausgang auf die Pergola überdachte Terrasse im Hinterhof.

Das Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss hat Ausgang auf den Balkon, der den Blick auf den Hof und den Ort Barat bietet, während der Panoramablick vom Fenster dieses Zimmers bis zum Meer reicht. Diese Schlafzimmer hat ein Bad mit Badewanne.

The beautiful Istrian village of Barat is located in the west of the Istrian peninsula, on the Višnjan-Motovun road, in the immediate vicinity of Barici. In the area around Barat, there are beautiful meadows, grain fields and forests, as well as a wonderful view. The area is famous for its truffles, wines (Teran and Malvasia), as well as Istrian ham and sausages.
