In the small village Barići near Višnjan you will find this beautiful stone villa built in Istrian style with a large pool and sunbathing lawn.
Whether you dream of a fun or a quiet holiday far away from the hustle and bustle of the city, Villa Alma offers everything you could need for your holiday!  The villa has a total of 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 people. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with an open modern kitchen.

From the living room there is direct access to the terrace with a magnificent view of the pool and the beautiful garden with plenty of space to play.  A wide variety of individual, varied play and sports equipment invites you to entertain yourself. A large trampoline makes the sports, games and fun equipment perfect and is the favourite place for all big and small children.

On the spacious covered terrace, comfortable outdoor furniture invites you to relax, eat or read. An open barbecue fireplace makes outdoor cooking a pleasure.

On the ground floor of this beautiful villa there is also a bedroom with an opposite guest toilet and shower.

Three more bedrooms are located on the first floor and can be reached via the beautifully curved wooden staircase. Two bathrooms complete the equipment on the first floor. The larger bathroom with a hydromassage bathtub invites you to relax and unwind. The second bathroom consists of a toilet with shower. Small balconies at the bedrooms enrich the equipment and are a small, but ideal retreat.

In the basement there is another beautiful area with an open fireplace. In this atmosphere you can enjoy a full-bodied Istrian wine and let the evening fade away.

Von Außen gelangt man durch ein verziertes Tor in das Grundstück. Neben dem Tor gibt es noch eine größere Einfahrt für Fahrzeuge.
Um den Außenpool des Ferienhauses stehen Acht hölzerne Sonnenliegen zum entspannen.
Auf der Terrasse ist ein 30m² großer Swimmingpool mit Acht schicken Sonnenliegen aus Holz.
Die Villa verfügt über eine große Steinterasse mit Swimmingpool, Sonnenliegen und einem Sonnenschirm.
Der direkte Zugang vom Wohnzimmer zum Außenbereich ist überdacht und bietet einen perfekten Blick auf den schönen, gepflegten Garten und den Swimmingpool. Außerdem gibt es eine Markise die noch mehr Schatten spendet.
Auf der Terrasse ist ein 30m² großer Swimmingpool mit Acht schicken Sonnenliegen aus Holz.
Auf der überdachten Terrasse steht ein langer hübscher Esstisch mit acht Sitzmöglichkeiten. Am Rand der Terrasse wachsen Weinstöcke.
Der Außenbereich besteht aus einer Terrasse mit Swimmingpool, einer großen Wiese mit prächtigen Eichen und mehr.
Ansicht auf die Einfahrt und noch mehr Platz für Aktivitäten.
Das große Wohnzimmer ist direkt mit dem Essbereich und der Küche verbunden.
Das Wohnzimmer wird von vier hellen Lampen beleuchtet. Ein gemusterter Teppich und Kissen auf den Couchs machen das Wohnzimmer noch komfortabler.
Der Wohnbereich und die Küche mit Essbereich sind direkt miteinander verbunden. Über eine geschwungene Holztreppe kommt man in die obere Etage. Eine Glasschiebetür führt vom Wohnzimmer direkt in den Außenbereich.
Die Küche ist mit dem Essbereich direkt miteinander verbunden. Am Tisch finden 8 Personen Platz zum Essen.
Die schicke Küche ist mit einem Ofen, einem Herd mit Abzug, einer Mikrowelle und einem großen Kühlschrank ausgestattet.
Das kleine Badezimmer der Villa Alma ist mit einer Toilette und einer kleinen Dusche ausgestattet.
Das große Schlafzimmer verfügt außerdem über ein großes Fenster mit Gardinen, einen Kleiderschrank und einen kleinen Teppich vor dem Doppelbett.
Im ersten Stock befindet sich ein langer Floor über den man in die zusätzlichen Zimmer gelangt
Das Zweibettzimmer verfügt über ein großes Fenster zwischen den zwei komfortablen Einzelbetten. Vor den Betten sind zwei kleine Teppiche.
Das Zweibettzimmer besitzt ein großes Fenster mit Gardinen und zwei Nachttische mit Nachtleuchten.
Das große Badezimmer besitzt außerdem ein großes Fenster mit Blick ins Grüne und einen großen Badschrank.
In dem großen Badezimmer befindet sich eine Hydromassage-Badewanne zum entspannen.
Das Schlafzimmer mit dem Doppelbett der Villa Alma besitzt auch einen eigenen kleinen Balkon als Rückzugsort.

The small Istrian village Barići lies in the west of the Istrian peninsula, on the Višnjan-Motovun road. In the surroundings of Barići, there are beautiful meadows, cereal fields and forests, as well as a beautiful view of the Učka mountain see. The area is famous for its truffles, wines (Teran and Malvasia), as well as Istrian ham and Istrian sausage.
