From the living room there is direct access to the terrace with great views of the pool and the beautiful garden with plenty of space to play. A wide variety of individual, varied games and sports equipment invite you to entertaining entertainment. A large trampoline makes the sport, play and fun equipment perfect and is the favorite place for all big and small children.

Auf der geräumigen überdachten Terrasse laden bequeme Outdoor-Möbel zum Entspannen, Speisen oder Lesen ein. Ein offener Grillkamin macht das Outdoor-Kochen zum Genuss.

Im Erdgeschoss dieser schönen Villa befindet sich außerdem ein Schlafzimmer mit gegenüberliegender Gästetoilette sowie Dusche.

Drei weitere Schlafzimmer liegen im ersten Stock und sind über die schön geschwungene Holztreppe zu erreichen. Zwei Bäder ergänzen die Ausstattung in der ersten Etage. Davon lädt das größere Bad mit einer Hydromassage-Badewanne zum Relaxen und Entspannen ein. Das zweite Bad besteht aus einer Toilette mit Dusche. Kleine Balkons an den Schlafzimmern bereichern die Ausstattung und sind ein kleiner, aber idealer Rückzugsort.

Im Untergeschoss befindet sich ein weiterer schöner Bereich mit einem offenen Kamin. In dieser Atmosphäre kann man gern einen vollmundischen istrischen Wein genießen und den Abend ausklingen lassen.

The small Istrian village Barići is located in the west of the Istrian peninsula, on the Višnjan-Motovun road. In the surroundings of Barići, there are beautiful meadows, grain fields and forests, as well as a wonderful view of the Učka mountain.
The area is famous for its truffles, wines (Teran and Malvasia), as well as Istrian ham and sausages.
